Detached cottage. Circa 1840. Flemish bond brick, concrete tiled
roof, with gable end brick stacks. Two-storey, 2-window. Central
door with 6 fielded panels and flat stone hood on brackets, 16-pane
sash either side. First floor has stone plat band, two sashes.
Left and right return are rubble stone. Rear 2-storey range late
C19, with segmental-headed casements. Good example of C19 cottage
in C18 tradition.
