Offices, 1859-60, raised and extended to rear in 1874 by William Elsdon. Polychrome brick with some stone dressings. One bay wide and two rooms deep with staircase. Four storeys, slate roof. The ground floor has a timber shop front with iron lozenge panes in top lights. Single four-light window to first floor; second floor with pair of sashes under pointed gauged-brick heads, five-light window under roundel in top-floor gable.
