C18 front to possibly earlier building. 3 storeys stucco faced. Upper floors
flanked by Doric pilasters on moulded bases. Boxed reeded eaves. Low pitch
gable end slate roof. 2nd floor: 2 sash windows, later glazing bars, slightly
recessed in thin moulded wood frames. lst floor: 2 C19 small canted wood
bays with moulded frames to lights, no glazing bars, small boxed aprons cutting
into boxed ground floor cornice. The ground floor is heavily rusticated with
voussoirs to 3 segmental arched shop windows and to 2 elliptical arched doorways.
Plate glass windows in moulded frames with block sills.
