C15. Originally one house, now 3 cottages belonging to the Sussex Archaeological
Trust, of which the centre one is a museum. 2 storeys, 1 window each. Timber framed
and plaster. Casement windows. Horsham stone slate roof. Gable to No 8 with scalloped
bargeboard. 1st floor of Nos 8 and 10 overhangs on brackets. No 6 has a tie beam
under eaves with a curved beam supporting it, and slightly projecting windows on
both floors.
Nos 2 to 16 (even) and Nos 20 to 32 (even) form a group.
