The description shall be amended to read:

House, mid/late C18, incorporating remains of late C13 or C14 dwelling.
Brick at front, coursed limestone rubble at rear, all now rendered. Medieval
remains of coursed dressed limestone with clay and rubble fill. C20 concrete
tiled roof with stone gable coping and kneelers; rebuilt left brick end
stack. 2. storeys and basement, 2 windows. Central 4-panel door, and overlight
with margin lights, in architrave, at basement level. Renewed sash windows
with glazing bars. Right mid-Cl9 canted bay window has fluted pilasters
and heavily-moulded cornice. Rear wall incorporates remains of medieval
dwelling at basement level, approximately 3 meters high, 4.5 metres long
and 0.7 metres in width and projecting a further 3.35 metres northwards
from the north-east corner of the building. Remains of 2 east-facing windows
with splayed reveals and sills, blocked with coursed stone. Evidence of
plinth below ground level.

Remains of medieval wall, late C.13 or C.14. Coursed dressed limestone with clay
and rubble fill, approximately 2.7 meters high and approximately 0.7 metres in
width. Evidence of plinth below ground level.

Wall projects approximately 3.35 metres from North East corner of 3 Barkers Place
and also forms part of eastern wall to existing building. Projecting wall has a
concrete coping and brick repairs to end. Central north facing window with
splayed reveals and sill, sealed with coursed stone.

Southern part of wall incorporated into main house wall. Evidence of C.14 wall
coursed limestone to approximate height of 3 metres and C.18 coursed dressed
limestone and coursed rubble above. Window as above repeated with rubble fill.
