Farmhouse. C16 or earlier, with late C18 or early C19 facade. Timber
framed. Ground floor painted brick in Flemish bond, first floor
weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic on painted
brick plinth. Weatherboarding slightly lower to left of door. Steeply-
pitched hipped roof with gablet to left. Multiple brick ridge stack
to left of centre. Small gabled dormer. Irregular fenestration of
4 windows; one 20-pane sash to each end, one 9-light sash to left of
stack and one 2-light casement to right of stack. 3 sashes in open
boxes to ground floor; two 20-pane and one 9-pane. Ribbed door under
stack, in panelled recess with reeded architrave and paterae.
Timber-framed rear return wing to right. Rear lean-to to left. Interior
not inspected.
