Detached house. Early Cl9. Limestone ashlar, rubble stone to
returns, tiled hipped roof, brick stacks. Two-span roof. 3-
storey, 3-window front. Central 6-panelled door up stone steps,
with Adam-style fanlight, segmental hood and panelled reveals,
either side is 12-pane sash. Plat band to first floor; two 12-
pane sashes and one blocked to left. Second floor has three 6-
pane sashes. Right return is windowless, lead rainwater head
dated 1811. Left return has two 12-pane sashes to first floor and
two 6-pane sashes to second floor, to ground floor is extension of
1880 with sashes and C20 casements. Rear has scattered
fenestration of mainly leaded casements with some sashes.
Attached to right is 2-storey range with 6-panelled door and 2-
light leaded casements, half-hipped fishscale tiled roof.
Interior has 6-panelled doors, with moulded architraves, reeded
fireplace surrounds with paterae.
