Shown on OS map as New Inn. Farmhouse now public house. Cl7, reroofed C19, restored late C20. Random rubble local
stone, quoins, double Roman tile roof, brick stacks gable ends and between first and second bays left, Plan: 3-cell and
cross passage with another entrance inserted into the inner room, lower independently roofed former agricultural range
abutting east. Main block: 2 storeys, 3 bays, 3-light Ham stone ovolo-moulled mullioned windows cut flush on facade,
concrete lintels to door openings, C20 doors. Single storey 2-bay range with quoins, double Roman tile roof with coped
barges and finial abutting east gable end, 4-bay range beyond, much altered late C20. Interior partly scent west able
end fireplace with cambered opening to wooden lintel, steeply chamfered beads without stops, hall and through passage
featureless. Referred to as the New Inn in 1867, it was known as the Cotlev Inn by l975, (VCH Vol IV, 1974).
