Built 1914 by W Vaux-Graham, Engineer to the Water Board. Built of sandstone in
Perpendicular style. 6 storeys. Square tower with angle turrets and one stairs
turret. Crenellated parapet. One each side, the upper floor has a 5-mullioned and
transomed casement. Slit windows. Arched doorcase.
