Early C19. Granite, stucco front above ground floor, slate hang east wall.
Three storeys. One window, sashes, no glazing bars, moulded cases. Granite
steps with iron railings up to first floor doorway with fluted pilasters
and cornice, panelled door, rectangular fanlight. Slate hipped roof.
Group value.
