circa 1900. Red and brown brick (Flemish bond) on sandstone plinth;
plain tile roof with raised verges; brick external end stack and lateral
stack. T-shaped plan: principal range aligned east-west facing north
with rear extension wing. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic with storey
bands. 3 window front: casements of circa 1900 within C17 openings
with stone lintels incised in imitation of gauged brickwork. Central
late C20 flat roofed porch in front of a doorway with similar lintel
to the windows. 2-storey, 2-bay rear wing. Interior. Central entrance
passage with a C17 newel staircase at the south end; the newel has a
faceted finial. The passage gives access to 2 ground floor rooms.
The eastern room has a fireplace with bolection moulded surround and
C17 oak wall panelling incorporating cupboards, and a window bench.
