Third quarter of C19. Ashlar with flush quoins, frieze and moulded cornice.
Fairly low pitched slated roof with stone corniced chimneys. Moulded architraves
and projecting cills to sash windows. Paired doors with cornice heads and oblong
fanlights in stone pilaster-and-entablature surrounds.
Listed as perhaps the last surviving unspoilt example of a local 2-flat dwelling
of high quality but modest size, in a polite style and formerly in a polite
setting.
