Rendered clay lump and pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 2 symmetrically positioned doors, that to right under stack. 3 3-light casements to ground floor with drip moulds. 3 first floor casements to left. Timber eaves cornice. Bell based gabled roof reconstructed. Ridge stack rectangular with rebuilt top. Lean-to outbuilding to left of rendered brick and pantiles. Original 3-light leaded attic window to north gable. Gabled cross wing to rear, hipped to house.
