House. Late C18. White brick front elevation with red brick return elevations
and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on plinth with parapet to roof
with kneelered gables, 3 flat roofed dormers and stacks to left and to right.
Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 on ground
floor all with gauged heads. Central half-glazed door in fluted surround
with large Doric porch. White brick wall to right and left about 6 feet high, curve
out to front of house to pier, returned about 2 feet high about 30 metres
along road front to second pier, with small central cast iron gate.
