House, now divided. Mid C15, altered mid C19. Limestone
rubble, formerly rendered, with limestone dressings, ridge
stack and stone slate roof. Single-room plan with rear
extension. 2 storeys and attic; 1-window range. A right-hand
doorway with 6-panel door, the bottom pair flush; C19 raised
surrounds to paired plate-glass sashes. INTERIOR not
inspected.
Formerly part of No.7 (qv), which has a flying freehold above
the rear parallel range, and a mid C15 arch-braced roof. Part
of an open hall house, almost certainly originally
timber-framed, and subsequently encased.
