House, now estate office. c1850. Brick with rendered left
return and stone dressings, roof not visible. Single side wall
and single rear wall stacks. Plinth, first and second floor
sillbands, modillioned wooden eaves cornice. 3 storeys; 4
window range of 12 pane sashes. Windows have brick flat
arches. Above, 4 smaller 12 pane sashes. Off-centre moulded
stone doorcase with eared architrave and moulded cornice and
beaded 4-panel door. Flanked to left by 2 windows and to right
by a single one, all 12 pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
