Former warehouse

GV II

Former warehouse. Early C19. Brick with plain tiled roof.
3-storeyed with attic, 2-window range with other blocked
openings, built in 2 phases. Right-hand section possibly the
earliest: wide loading doors with single ring cambered heads
on each floor, with gabled doors to attic now part-glazed.
Doorway with flat lintel to ground floor possibly inserted,
and arched head of blocked opening visible to the right.
Dentilled eaves cornice, coped gable. Blocked door with single
ring cambered head in left-hand section, and inserted door to
its right. Blocked windows over, with single ring cambered
heads, and an additional opening, also now blocked, with flat
lintel. Brickwork of gable wall corbelled out over ground
floor across angle.
