House. c1780 with additions of c1860. Brick with plain tiled
roof. 3 storeys, 3-window range with central entrance. Shallow
portic with fluted Doric columns and triglyph frieze.
Tripartite sash window in shallow segmental arch with stucco
fan motif to left, a similar window replaced by late C19
canted bay window on right hand side. Upper windows are
12-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick heads and
continuous stuccoed sill band. Modillion eaves cornice. End
wall stacks. Garden front has full-height projecting bow with
sash windows with flat-arched stuccoed heads and cornice.
Single-storeyed wing recessed to right of entrance front, with
French doors with interlace Gothick tracery overlights.
Service block added to rear in later C19.
