Town house, now offices, and attached area railings. Early
C19. Red brick with stucco and ashlar dressings and hipped
slate roof. Sill bands to each floor, modillion wooden eaves.
3 storeys plus basement; single bay. Full height central bow
window with 3 glazing bar sashes on each floor, all with brick
flat arches. Second floor windows are smaller. Ground floor
has, to right, a round-arched doorway with original 6-panel
door and fanlight. Outside cast-iron area railing fronting the
bow window, with chamfered ashlar plinth.
