Shop with accommodation above. Late C18. Red brick under a
roof of concrete pantiles. 3 storeys and dormer attic;
3-window range. C20 plate-glass shop front. Opening to Row 119
to right, which has a sunk quadrant-moulded C17 bridging beam.
First floor lit through a 6/6 unhorned sash within a flush
frame and under a gauged skewback arch. To its left is a late
C18 bow window with cut-back returns. Front curve with three
6/6 unhorned sashes, side panels with one 2/2 unhorned sash
each. Frieze with leaf-trail carving under a dentil and
modillion cornice. 3 second-floor 6/6 sashes in flush frames
under gauged skewback arches. Dentils and modillions to eaves
cornice. Gabled roof with a single dormer fitted with a fixed
8-paned window. No stacks. Full-height rear cross-wing is
rendered and gabled. C20 windows.
