Terrace of 5 houses. c1840. Brick, part painted and stuccoed
with Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys and basement, 7-window range.
Symmetrically planned with single central door and flanking
windows, outer paired doors with flanking windows on each
side. 4-panelled doors with lozenge tracery overlights
(central renewed) in moulded architraves with curved consoles
carrying entablature. Windows are 12-pane sashes with
flat-arched heads, and the outer windows have flat-arched
stone heads with keystones. Blind windows over paired
doorways. Moulded stuccoed eaves cornice. Gable and axial
stacks.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: spearhead railings on stone plinth define
the basement area and steps to each house.
