Row of 3 houses. Possibly late C18 but rain-water head dated
1820; some alterations. Deeply-coursed punched sandstone with
ashlar dressings, limestone to side and rear; Welsh slate
roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, one window to each house on each floor.
Ashlar plinth and large quoins; raised surrounds with
projecting stone sills.
1820 Cottage to left: door of 6 flush panels (upper 2 panels
glazed) set to right of 8/8 sashes on ground and first floors;
4/8 sash to second floor.
