Farmhouse. Circa early C19. Rendered brick. Stone tile roof with gable ends. Brick gable end stacks. PLAN: L-shaped on plan. 2 principal rooms in front range with central entrance/stair hall and a wing behind the right-hand room. Later C19 additions at rear. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay north front with 16-pane sashes, centre first floor 12-pane sash; central doorway with circa late C19 wooden porch. West side has canted bay on ground floor with 12-pane sash. Rear [S] gable-ended wing on left with later C19 brick extension and circa late C19 brick wing on right, all with gable ends. INTERIOR: much of the early C19 joinery is intact, including panelled doors, window shutters, cupboard doors and staircase with stick balusters and moulded handrail ramped to column newels.
