C16, C20. The central part is a small 2 bay timber-framed late medieval hall,
with heavy timber and arch bracing to tie-beams and purlins; next to the middle
truss a massive chimney breast was inserted. Recent tile roof, one small gabled
dormer with cill at eaves level. The framework is exposed and brick fitted.
Small casements. Modern porch with old door frame. On each end there is a
modern 2-storeyed crosswing with 1/2-hipped gable to the front; one has painted
brickwork the other elm boarded walling. Modern details.
