House. c1766, altered. Multi-coloured stock brick with stone
cornice at 3rd floor level. 4 storeys and cellar. 3 windows
with 3-window return to Streatham Street. Ground floor has
early C20 cement shopfront with 3 round-headed openings and
Doric pilasters carrying rudimentary entablature. Gauged red
brick arches to recessed sash windows most with original
glazing bars. Cast-iron balconies at 1st floor level. Parapet.
Early C20 prostyle Doric portico on return with pediment
surmounted by a bust. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY
FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings to return.
