Cottage. c1904 by Frank Loughborough Pearson and part of the model farm complex to Hever Castle. T-shaped building, partly timber framed with some eclectic framing and with some plastered infill and some herringbone brick nogging. Tiled roof with 2 brick chimney stacks, 1 octagonal. Mainly mullioned or mullioned and transomed windows. Side elevation has one 4-light mullioned window with 5-light bay with elaborate carving and a plank door. Rear elevation has 6 windows.
