Late C17 timber framed cottage. 2 storeys, 2 windows, with alterations. High
pitched, half hipped tiled gambrel roof with rebuilt central chimney. Tile
hung gable ends and 1st floor front. Brick ground floor largely rebuilt. On
left return and at back visible timber framing with long, thin diagonal braces
and later, whitewashed brick filling. Foundation of large random rubble with
red brick quoins. Iron casements, some original. 1-storey modern east extension
with entrance.
