Built in 1814. Two storeys. Three windows. The ground floor was originally open
but was enclosed in the late C19. Red brick and grey headers alternately. Coved
stuccoed eaves cornice. Hipped tiled roof. Small wooden cupola in the centre
containing a bell. Pediment in the centre of the north and south fronts containing
a clock face in the tympanum. The centre portion of each front below the pediment
projects slightly. Modern windows. Portion built out on the ground floor on the
north side.
