Farmhouse. Late C17. Alterations and additions, late C19. Brick
and coursed rubble. Pantile roof. Deep rubble plinth, first
floor and eaves bands. Dressed stone quoins. Dentillated eaves.
Single gable and 2 ridge stacks. 2 storeys plus garrets. 4
unequal bays. Windows are Yorkshire sashes and casements, those
to front elevation with segmental heads. Street front has to
left, panelled door with overlight, flanked by single large
casements. To right, door and a sash. Above, to left, blocked
opening. To its right, 2 sashes. To right again, mullioned
casement. South west gable has to right, recessed C20 door.
Above, a sash. Above again, a smaller sash. Rear elevation has
to left, C19 rear wing, 2 storeys, 2 bays, with a gable stack.
Casements, some with segmental heads. North west gable has brick
steps to close boarded door. Rear fenestration comprises 2
casements with segmental heads and above, to left, a barred sash
and to its right, a casement. Adjoining brick garden wall to
north west, 12M long, early C19, has partial rubble plinth.
Doorway with re-set stone lintel. To left, early C19 mud wall,
10 M long, with pantile coping and in return angle, toilet block,
coursed rubble with pantile roof and plank door.
