Cottage, dated RH 1741 in brick by front door, with early C19
extension to left side, refenestrated and with small extension added
to outshut in C20. Original build of red brick in Flemish bond with
grey headers on cemented plinth. Old tiled roof gable ended to left
with brick chimneystack, half-hipped to right with external stack. 2
storeys; 2 windows. C20 casements with cambered head linings to ground
floor and cambered central doorcase with C20 door. Rear elevation has
L-wing with hipped roof, tile hung first floor and flint ground floor.
Left side has C20 flat roofed extension, tile hung on first floor,
flint and brick on ground floor adapted from an outshut. Left hand
side has 1 storey early C19 extension in stretcher bond with hipped
roof and casement window.
Interior has open fireplace with wooden bressumer.
