C17 - early C18. 2 storey and attic. Brick ground floor with moulded lst floor
string, tile-hung above tilted overstring. Moulded and coved plaster eaves cornice.
Old tile roof. One-4-light dormer, C19 lights. Two 4-light casements, left
hand leaded, right hand C19 lights, on lst floor. One 4-light fixed window and
one small sash window under right hand lst floor window. Door of 4 flush panels
and 3 glazed lights at top, with architrave surround and plain flat hood, in
right hand corner. Early C19 rails to front.
Nos 3 to 8 (consec) and Rosetree form a group with Nos 9 to 15 (consec), opposite,
and with Nos 1A to 5 (consec), The Green.
