Circa 1850-60, the rest of the square of which Nos 13 and 14 form the centre
of the north side, This pair is of 4 storeys stucco with flanking pilaster strips,
low hipped slate roof. 2 windows each in architrave surrounds, eared above 1st
floor. Tripartite windows to rusticated ground floors. Panelled doors with semi-circular
fanlights flanked by rusticated piers with cornice over. Nos 15 to 23 are of
3 storeys with later attics, stucco with rusticated ground floors, sill courses.
2 windows each in architrave surrounds. Panelled doors, semi-circular fanlights,
rusticated arches to surrounds. Nos 19 to 23 have 2 storey canted bays and the
doors with rectangular fanlights in architrave surrounds with triple keystones.
Though altered and with later glazing, this part of the square is listed for
group value.
