Former Friends Meeting House used from 1696 but probably an adaptation of an existing building. Two storeys coursed sandstone with large irregular gritstone quoins. Full width outshut to road. Stone slate roof with central stack. Squared jamb doorway and early C19 window to centre and right. Remains of chamfered mullion windows. Massive lintel over side door in left hand gable end. Large blocked chamfered window in right hand west gable end.
