Circa 1840 villa of 2 storeys, 4 windows wit projecting left bay. Fairly low
pitched, slated roof with deep, bracketed eaves soffit. Red brick, front stuccoed.
Shouldered, moulded architraves to sash windows with glazing bars, console bracketed
cornices on ground floor, pedimented in left bay over 3-light window. Entrance on
left return: 4-panel door well set back behind doorcase of pilasters with ornamental
capitals and enriched entablature with pediment. Glazed verandah on right return.
