Mid C19. Formerly 2 houses? 2 storeys painted brick, rusticated rendered quoins
and window surrounds, plinth. Low pitch gable end slate roof with shaped brackets
to eaves. 2 windows to both floors. On 1st floor 2 light round headed casements
in flush frames. Ground floor has 2 small canted bay windows, rounded corners
to heads of casement lights, small pyramidal leaded roofs. Shaped brackets
support each bay. 2 storey, rendered, slightly lower extension to west. 1
similar casement to both floors and side door in lean-to. Single storey extension
to east continued by screen wall with door of 2 full length moulded panels,
in heavy, rendered, pilaster surround with entablature.
