c1820 town house of 3 storeys stock brick with a broad 3 bay front. Basement walls
stuccoed as are first floor platband and flat arches of windows. Thin band cornice
and parapet with coping. Coped gable ends to concealed slate roof. Windows are
revealed glazing bar sashes. The entrance to right hand of ground floor has a
tripartite glazing bar with side lights and panelled risers contained in a stucco
reveal arched overall. Door of 6 moulded panels, moulded door head, large semi-
circular fanlight divided vertically by thin glazing bars. Gauged brickwork to arch.
Area has cast iron spear head railings with urn standards, set on dwarf stone wall
curved in to doorway and with corresponding short flanking section curving out to right.
C1870-8O extension to rear.
