Canal warehouse. c.1835. Random stone with ashlar dressings
and graduated stone slate roof. Rectangular plan with 2
storeys and a shipping hole and internal waterway. Stone
quoins, coped gables with kneelers and one small gable
stack. The canal elevation is plain and has a C20 timber
canopy. The left has a door, a shipping hole which has a
timber lintel and 4 window openings with stone lintels and
sills and C20 casement windows. The right side has a first
floor door approached by a flight of stone steps and a
shipping hole at the end of the internal waterway. The rear
has been altered but would appear to have had a large 2-
storey opening now blocked, and several window openings.
