Dated 1750 on rainwater heads. 3 storeys red brick, Hipped tiled roof with
wide wooden bracket cornice. 5 sashes with glazing bars intact. 2 stringcourses.
Plinth. Ground floor sashes have shutters Central wooden doorcase with
pediment and 2 plain Ionic half columns. Panelled reveals and 6 panelled
door. 2 stone steps and footssrapers. Wrought iron spear rails to area with
acorn finials on ends. The fine lead rainwater heads also have an acorn motif.
1 sash on side elevation. The rear elevation has 1 Venetian window. The left
side has a later C19 extension of 2 storeys and gable with lunette. 3 sashes
and brick gate piers with ball finials. The interior has fine marble fireplaces
and panelling with ovolo moulding on the edges. Overmantel in a front room
with a painting in a Rococo border. Staircase with carved tread-ends.

Nos 87 to 95 (consec), Garden Wall & gate piers to No 87 form a group.
