3 houses. Second quarter C19 but incorporating earlier
work. Hammer dressed stone with slate and stone slate roof.
5-bay double-depth with 2 storeys (plus attic). Doors in
bays 2, 3 and 4 are obscured by C20 porches. 4 ground floor
windows with semi-circular heads, rock-faced surrounds and
sash windows. 4 similar windows to first floor with a sill
band and a central window which is pointed. Bracketed eaves
gutter and a gabled dormer window to bay 3. Gable attic
lights and stacks. The rear has a similar gabled dormer
window which is in brick. Included for group value.
