Farmhouse, now house. "1662 John Brown" on door lintel. Box
framing on stone plinth with slate roof and brick additions
to rear. 3 bays, formerly of 2 storeys but the floor has been
removed. Square-panel framing with diagonal braces.
Symmetrical but for the door which is to the right of bay 2
and has a double-ovolo-moulded surround with dated lintel.
Bays 1 and 3 each have a 3-light casement window on each
floor; bay 2 which is gabled has a 5-light ovolo-moulded
mullion house-part window with carved decorative lintel and
a 4-light ovolo-moulded mullion window in the gable.
Exposed roof truss to left gable. The brick additions are
