House. Early C19. Flemish bond brick with slate roof.
Stone plinth, eaves cornice, hipped roof and sidewall
stacks. Central recessed door with semi-elliptical arch and
radial fanlight. 2 windows on ground floor and 3 on first
with flat brick arches, stone sills and 16-pane sash windows
(one of which is a C20 replacement). Small additions of a
similar date and character to the rear. At one time home of
Abney Hall head gardener.
