Detached farmhouse. Early mid C19, but possibly with earlier origins. Ham stone ashlar facade, coursed rubble to sides
and rear; Welsh slate roofs between stepped coped gables; ashlar chimney stacks. Two storeys with attics, 3 bays.
Plinth; chamfer-mullioned windows with labels; to outer bays 3-light to ground floor and first floor, and single-light
in the coped attic gables which have obelisk finials; to upper centre bay a 2-light window, all plain glazed: to lower
bay 2 projecting gabled porch with cambered archway and side windows. Gable has deep horizontal-bar casement to ground
floor, and 2-light mullioned windows to first and attic floors. Interior not seen.
