House. Late C18 with later alteration. Dressed sandstone to front, with
painted raised and chamfered quoins; left gable wall rendered; pantile roof.
Central stairhall plan, one room deep with rear service extension. 2-storey
symmetrical 3-window front. Central C20 door flanked by 12-pane sashes:
replacement 8-pane sashes to first floor. Triple keystone lintels to all
openings and painted stone sills to all windows. Yorkshire Insurance
firemark over first floor centre window. Cavetto moulded eaves course.
Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks.
