House at end of row. Early C19. Ham stone ashlar; double Roman clay tiled roof between high stepped coped gables,
suggesting thatch formerly; brick end chimney stack. Two storeys, single bay. Eaves course: chamfered mullioned windows
of 3 lights, with horizontal bar casements inserted; to right a mid C20 part glazed door in simple opening, protected
by timber and tiled open porch. Extension to rear. Interior not seen. Included primarily for group value with Nos 5 and
7 Chapel Hill (qv) adjoining to east.
