GV II

House. Early C16, re-fronted in C19. Timber framed, exposed on left hand
return front with whitewashed render infill, brown brick cladding to front
right, some blue headers to front left. Plain tiled roof, half-hipped to
right end and with tile hung gable. L-shaped plan with cross wing to left
and two wings at right angles to rear. Two storeys with corbelled rear stack
to centre and end stacks to right and left. Gable end cross wing projecting
to left. Three C20 casements to first floor, two casements to ground floor
under cambered heads. One 4-light casement window under cambered head to each
floor of cross wing. Door in re-entrant angle of two ranges in wooden
surround with carved spandrels.
