Rectory, now private house. Mid and late C18. Coursed sandstone rubble with
large quoins and ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with stone gable copings
and chimneys of ashlar and yellow brick. L-plan in 3 builds, the first 2
storeys and 2 bays, the second a third bay and the third a right wing,breaking
forward,of 2 lower storeys and 3 bays. 2-storey, 3-bay main front has central
one-storey gabled porch containing renewed door, and windows in returns; renewed
16-pane sashes in outer bays, the right bay wider, and tall 18-pane stair window
over porch, have flat stone lintels and projecting stone sills; similar treatment
to small fixed light to right of porch. Wing has front gable containing boarded
vehicle doors under stone lintel, and C20 window above with stone lintel and
sill; left return has varied windows including 3-light horizontal sliding sash
on ground floor and wide 16-pane sash above. Most windows have panelled window
shutters; stair has ramped handrail on stick balusters. Interior not inspected.
