Dated 1841. Cemented. A pair of twin columns supports the entablature, with
balustraded parapet above. On each side is a curved flanking wall with blank
niche ending in a rusticated pilaster with cornice and blocking course over.
Round-headed double arch with the date, 1841, on the keystone. This arch leads
to 3 flights of steps. Pierced parapet to the wall above the inner arch.
