an L-plan; with hipped ridged and gabled roof clad with pegtile. Central square
plan red brick chimney-stack. A range of 4 small-pane sash windows in exposed
boxes. On first storey, front door under pedimented hood, with 5 pairs of C19
sash windows on ground storey.
