Detached house. Mid C19. Stucco. Three storeys and basement. Three windows wide plus two storey one--bay entrance porch to right. Panelled door. Channelling to ground floor. Rusticated quoins above ground floor; pilastered quoins to ground floor. Square headed windows, architraved above ground floor; corniced to first floor. Stucco bands between storeys. Low hipped roof to eaves. Sashes; margin glazing to upper windows; plate glass to ground floor.
