House, mid to late 16th Century, timber framed and plastered with gabled peg tile
roofs, of L-shaped plan and of two storeys with 20th Century casement windows with
small panes. Off-centre large stack on ridge line of larger original block, small
stack on north gable. Lean-to extension to north-face of main block. A three-bay
building with entire upper floor one original open chamber. Floor joists and girts
are moulded, the former curiously on only one face. Short block to north is 18th or
19th Century, probably not originally a dwelling.
